Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 5 days of the payment date.
  • The student faces genuine technical or scheduling issues that we are unable to resolve.
  • The student is not satisfied with the teaching quality despite multiple adjustments.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • If a student discontinues classes after the refund period.
  • If the student misses scheduled lessons without prior notice.
  • If the student violates academy rules or engages in misconduct.
  • If the refund request is made after 5 days from the payment date.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide the reason for the refund request along with proof of payment.
  3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the decision.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Modification & Cancellation

  • If you are facing schedule conflicts, you may request a class reschedule instead of a refund.
  • If you wish to pause or cancel your subscription, please inform us at least 3 days before your next billing cycle.
